Truffle Jalapeño Mashed Potatoes

Recipe makes 8 Servings

2 1/2 Lb Yukon gold potatoes, washed and quartered
4 Oz unsalted butter
1 cup(s) whole milk
1/3 jar Robert’s Reserve Jalapeño Pepper Dip
2 Tsp Sabatino Tartufi Truffle & Salt

Add potatoes to a large pot of unsalted cold water. Bring to a boil and let boil for 10 minutes, or until soft.
Meanwhile. place butter, milk and jalapeño dip in a small pot over medium low heat until butter melts. Whisk together. Once potatoes are done boiling drain them.
Place potatoes back in the pot and mash with a potato masher. Add about half of the milk mixture, and stir to combine. Add remaining mixture a little bit at a time until creamy. You may not need all of it.
Right before serving, add truffle & salt and stir to combine.
