Recipe makes 12 Servings

8 Oz Mascarpone cheese
2 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Italian Herbs Paste
1 Tbsp Sabatino Tartufi Truffle & Parsley Sea Salt
1/4 Tbsp fresh cracked black pepper
1 Tbsp H-E-B 3 Leaf Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup(s) Garden Gourmet Lightly Dried Chives
24 Oz H-E-B Multigrain Pita Chips

Combine Mascarpone cheese, Italian herbs paste, truffle & parsley sea salt, black pepper, and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl and mix well.
Cover and chill at least 10 minutes, or longer if making in advance, to firm up.
Remove from bowl and form into a ball. Roll in dried chives then chill until ready to serve with pita chips.
