40 Oz cut sweet potatoes, mashed
3/4 cup(s) crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup(s) light brown sugar
1/4 cup(s) frozen orange juice, prepared
1/4 cup(s) raisins
1/4 cup(s) sweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup(s) pecan pieces
2 Tsp pumpkin spice
1 Tsp iodized salt

Heat oven to 350°F.

Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl combine sweet potatoes, pineapple, brown sugar, orange juice, raisins,coconut, pecans, pumpkin pie spice and salt.

Pour the sweet potato mixture into the prepared casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.
