Tri-Tip with Balsamic Vinegar

Recipe makes 5 Servings

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 garlic, minced
2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 Tsp Morton Coarse Kosher Salt
1 Central Market Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, 4 leaf
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1 1/2 Lb beef tri-tip

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, parsley, lemon juice/zest, salt, balsamic vinegar and pepper mix well.
Combine both tri-tip and marinade into shallow dish or zip top bag.
Allow tri-tip to marinade 30 - 45 minutes at room temperature, flipping once.
Remove tri-tip from marinade and grill 8 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness.
Allow tri-tip to rest 5 - 10 minutes before serving. Serve with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
Serve with grilled asparagus.
