Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 Tbsp olive oil
1 medium white onion, diced small
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 Lb extra lean ground beef
1 cup(s) fat free ricotta cheese
1 Tsp nutmeg
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
4 cup(s) spinach
1 container (9.2 Oz) Red Spoon Tomato Sauce
8 Oz Central Market Trecce Pasta, cooked
1/3 cup(s) part skim mozzarella, shredded

Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high.
Add in olive oil, onions and garlic, cook until onions are tender, then add in ground beef.
Cook several minutes breaking beef up into smaller pieces.
Add in ricotta cheese, nutmeg, and seasoning and mix well.
Transfer meat mixture into large mixing bowl and combine with spinach, sauce and pasta. Mix until well incorporated.
Spoon into baking dish, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and place in oven approximately 20 minutes.
Let dish cool slightly before serving.
