Tortilla Chipotle Baked Tilapia

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 cup(s) mayonnaise, reduced fat
2 chipotle peppers from the can, rinsed seeds and ribs removed
1/4 cup(s) red onions, diced
1/4 cup(s) sweet pickle relish
4 tilapia filets
2 cup(s) H-E-B Tortilla Chips, crushed
2 cup(s) shredded cabbage
3 Tbsp lime, juiced
1/3 cup(s) fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil
1 jalapeno pepper, diced

In a blender or food processor blend together mayonnaise, peppers, red onion and relish until smooth.
Lay fish on a baking sheet and spoon sauce over fish.
Top fish with crushed tortilla chips and bake for 15 minutes at 425°F.
Mix cilantro slaw ingredients together and lay tilapia over mixture. Enjoy!
