Recipe makes 4 Servings

18 Oz Buitoni Whole Wheat Three Cheese Tortellini, cooked according to package directions
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 slices of bacon, chopped
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
4 cup(s) spinach, roughly chopped
12 .3500 Oz Così Com'é Yellow Datterino Tomatoes
1/4 cup(s) basil, chiffonade
1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, shredded

Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, then add in bacon and cook until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel.
Add garlic and spinach and cook just until it begins to wilt then add in tortellini and tomatoes.
Bring the sauce to a light simmer then remove from heat. Toss in basil and cheese and serve immediately.
