Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Lb natural boneless pork chops, center loin or ribeyes, cut into 4 pieces
1 Tsp sea salt, divided equally
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup(s) chicken stock
1 cup(s) Central Market Italian Farro Quick Cook Grains
15 Oz cannellini beans
9 4/5 Oz Orti di Calabria Garlic, Tomato & Chili Stir In Sauce
2 Oz baby spinach, roughly chopped

Preheat oven to 400ºF. On stove top heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Lightly season pork chops on both sides with salt. Add oil to pan and sear on both sides, to a golden brown, about 2 minutes each side.
Transfer pork from pan to a plate. Add stock and farro to pan, bring to a simmer, cook for about 2 minutes.
Add beans, stir in sauce and spinach. Nestle pork chops back into farro mixture.
Cover and place in oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF.
Remove from oven and serve with fresh, crusty garlic bread if desired.
