Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Tbsp H-E-B Cold Pressed Canola Oil with Garlic
1 1/4 Lb chicken breast or tenders, copped into bite-sized pieces
3/4 cup(s) Central Market Sundried Tomato Tapenade
1/4 cup(s) kalamata olives, sliced or quartered
1 cup(s) H-E-B Quartered Artichoke Hearts
1/4 cup(s) flat leaf parsely, finely chopped
3/4 cup(s) chicken stock
24 Oz H-E-B Ricotta & Spinach Tortelloni
2 Oz feta cheese, crumbled

Heat a large skillet over medium high. Add oil and chicken to pan. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked.
Reduce heat to medium and add pesto, olives, artichokes and parsley to pan.
Add chicken stock and pasta to pan. Cover and bring to a simmer for 4 to 5 minutes, or until pasta is cooked al dente.
Remove lid and scatter feta cheese across the top. Serve immediately.
