Recipe makes 4 Servings

3/4 Lb top sirloin, cut into strips
2 Tbsp avocado oil, divided use
1 1/2 Tsp S & B Ichimi Togarashi
12 Oz green beans
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/3 cup(s) orange juice

Heat half of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the sliced sirloin and Togarashi. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove meat from the pan and set aside.
Next, add in the remaining oil and green beans. Cook for several minutes until the beans began to soften but are still crunchy. Return beef to the pan along with the soy sauce and the orange juice.
Bring to a simmer for 2 minutes, then remove from heat and serve.
