Recipe makes 3 Servings

12 Oz extra firm tofu
1/4 cup(s) cornstarch
2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Umami Bomb Seasoning
1 cup(s) corn flakes
1/4 cup(s) canola oil

Instructions

Remove tofu from package and drain the water. Pat dry and cut into 1/4 inch thick french fry shapes. Set on a paper towel lined plate.

Combine cornstarch, umami seasoning and corn flakes in a resealable bag. Seal bag and use a rolling pin or small sauté pan to crush corn flakes.

Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Place a few tofu fries at a time into bag with corn flakes, gently shake then remove coated tofu and add to the oil.

Cook 3 minutes per side until crisped and brown. Remove to drain on paper towels. Repeat until all tofu fries are cooked.

Serve with any of your favorite dipping sauces.
