Recipe makes 6 Servings

6 natural tilapia fillets
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 Tbsp shallots, minced
1 Tsp H-E-B The Baker's Scoop Unbleached All Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp iodized salt
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1/4 cup(s) fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup(s) white wine
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Non Pareil Capers, drained and rinsed

In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté tilapia fillets in butter, turning once, until lightly brown on both sides.
Remove fish to a plate and keep warm.
To the same skillet, add shallots, flour, salt and pepper. Sauté 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in lemon juice and wine. Simmer until sauce is slightly thickened.
Add capers and serve sauce over warm fish.
