32 Oz Cookwell & Company Vera Cruz Sauce
12 Oz H-E-B Steamable Corn & Poblano Rice

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Layer tilapia fillets in an oven safe dish, then pour Cookwell Vera Cruz sauce over the fish.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until fish is flaky.

Steam the H-E-B Corn & Poblano rice according to package directions.

Pour rice onto a serving dish, place tilapia over rice, and pour Vera Cruz sauce over fish. Serve hot with cilantro garnish.
