10 Oz H-E-B Steamable Rice, variety of your choice
16 Oz H-E-B Select Extra Fine Whole Green Beans, frozen
1 Lb fresh Tilapia Fillets
2 Tsp Hill Country Fare Peanut Oil
1/4 cup(s) teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsp H-E-B Sesame Seeds

Instructions

Heat rice in bag according to package directions; set aside.

Heat green beans according to package directions; pat dry.

Cut fish crosswise into 1 inch thick slices.

Place peanut oil and teriyaki sauce in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes until very hot but not smoking.

Add fish and stir-fry 2 minutes or until almost done.

Add green beans; stir-fry 2 more minutes or until fish is done.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
