Recipe makes 12 Servings

3 Tbsp fish sauce
3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp sambal oelek
1 Tsp sugar
1 Tsp ginger
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp togarashi
1 Tbsp shallots, very finely chopped
1 Tbsp scallions, very finely chopped
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, very finely chopped

In a medium bowl whisk fish sauce, lime juice, sambal oelek, sugar, ginger, honey and togarashi.
Add shallots, scallions and cilantro. Stir well and serve.
Chef's Note: Drizzle over sushi, dumplings, seafood, pork or chicken.
