1/2 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup(s) white wine vinegar
1 Tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp pepper
16 Oz H-E-B® Select Steamable Prince Edward, thawed and chilled
7 Oz H-E-B® 3 Color Pepper Diced
2 red onion, coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp basil, minced
2 Tbsp dill weed, minced
2 Tbsp parsley, minced
2 Tbsp mint, minced

Instructions

In the bottom of a mixing bowl combine the olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.

Add the thawed vegetables, peppers and red onion.

Toss and chill.
