Thin Crust Spinach & Feta Pizza

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 H-E-B Whole Wheat 12" Pizza Crust
1/4 cup(s) pizza sauce
1 cup(s) reduced fat crumbled Feta cheese
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
9 Oz baby spinach, thinly sliced
2 cup(s) mushrooms, thin sliced
1 cup(s) yellow onion, chopped
1/2 Tsp Central Market Crushed Red Pepper (optional)

Heat oven to 425°F.
Line a large baking sheet with foil, and place pizza crust on prepared baking sheet.
Spread pizza sauce on crust. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup feta cheese and set aside.
Combine olive oil, spinach, mushrooms, onion and crushed red pepper in large microwave safe bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap, microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, and microwave 1 more minute.
Spread spinach mixture over feta cheese on crust. Sprinkle with remaining feta cheese.
Bake on bottom oven rack 8 minutes or until cheese melts and begins to turn golden.
Remove from oven and cut into 8 slices. Serve and enjoy!
