Recipe makes 6 Servings

6 spicy Italian sausage links, about 1 pound
1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
6 Pepperidge Farm Soft White Hoagie Rolls
1/4 cup(s) brown mustard
6 sliced provolone

Preheat grill to medium-high. Place sausage links on grill. Put peppers and onions on a large piece of foil then fold over and crimp to create a pouch, place on grill. Cook both about 15 minutes turning and rotating occasionally.
To toast rolls, open them and place on grill a couple of minutes until inside is crisp.
Spread mustard on inside of roll, add in cheese, peppers and onions, and top with cooked sausage. Cut in half and enjoy!
