That Green Chicken Chili

3 slices bacon, finely diced
1 cup(s) sweet onion, chopped
2 Lb ground chicken breasts
1/2 cup(s) carrots, grated
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
3/4 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
1 cup(s) bunched spinach, finely chopped
11 fl oz jar H-E-B® That Green Sauce®
16 Oz can H-E-B® Great Northern Beans
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 Tsp cumin

Heat a large skillet to a medium-high heat, then add bacon and fry until fully cooked and slightly crisp.
Add onion and ground chicken, and sauté until nicely browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
Add carrots, chicken broth, heavy cream, cilantro, spinach, That Green Sauce, beans, garlic and cumin, and simmer 15-20 minutes.
