Texas Toast BBQ Chicken Pizza

Recipe makes 2 Servings

2 Tbsp salted butter
2 slices H-E-B Select Ingredients Big Bread
1 H-E-B Rotisserie Chicken, chicken removed and shredded
1 cup(s) Mark's Good Stuff Honey Bee BBQ Sauce
4 slices mozzarella cheese

In a large sauté pan placed over medium high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
Toast both bread slices in pan, if they fit, about 2 minutes or until browned. Add remaining butter and flip bread and toast. Place bread on a sheet pan.
Turn on broiler.
Reduce heat to medium and add shredded chicken and bbq sauce to sauté pan. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbly and chicken is heated through.
Pile chicken on toasted bread and layer with slices of cheese. Broil 30 seconds to 1 minute or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
