Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Lb beef top sirloin steak, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1 cup(s) H-E-B Chunky Hot Salsa Picante
1 1/2 Tsp lemon pepper
1 Tsp Central Market Organic Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil

Mix marinade ingredients together in a glass dish or sealable plastic bag.
Add beef cubes and marinate for 1-3 hours in the refrigerator.
Put two beef cubes on each 4 inch wooden skewer. (Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes so they won't burn.)
Grill over medium coals for 5-7 minutes. Turn occasionally.
