Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cut each sausage into 3 equal segments: two will be straight and one will be curved. Cut the curved one in half at the bend.
Lay 6 flour tortillas out on a flat surface. Top each flour tortilla with a cheese tortilla, then spread a layer of BBQ sauce and green chilies.
Place a sausage piece in the middle and roll tortillas around sausage. Secure with toothpicks.
Bake for 10 minutes. Turn oven to broiler setting and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more, just to brown tortillas slightly.
Remove toothpicks and slice into bite-sized pieces like a sushi roll. Serve with more BBQ sauce for dipping.
