Recipe makes 6 Servings

6 Oz H-E-B Baby Spinach
2 Texas Rio Star grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
3 red onions, sliced and separated into rings
1 cup(s) H-E-B Rotisserie Turkey Breast, shredded
2 Tbsp honey
1/2 pomegranate, skin and membrane removed
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Pomegranate Juice
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp organic poppy seed
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 Tsp dijon mustard

Layer spinach, grapefruit, onions, turkey breast, walnuts and pomegranate on a large salad platter.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
For dressing, combine pomegranate juice, olive oil, poppy seeds, honey and mustard in a salad cruet or a jar with tight-fitting lid and shake well.
Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
