1 large sweet onion
1/2 cup(s) Fischer & Wieser Sweet and Savory Onion Glaze
24 Oz jalapeño beef patties
8 hamburger buns
1 Lb H-E-B® Fully Cooked Bacon
1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
1/4 cup(s) Fischer & Weiser Sour and Smokey Mustard
8 romaine lettuce, cut leaves to fit on bun
1/2 cup(s) tomatoes, sliced

Instructions

Heat charcoal 30 minutes until covered with a light layer of gray ash or heat gas grill on high 10 minutes with lid closed.

Cut onions into 1/4-inch thick slices.

Place onions on grill. Cook 5 minutes per side; baste generously with glaze.

Turn and baste again; cook to desired doneness.

Grill patties according to package directions.

Place buns around perimeter of grill to heat.

Heat bacon on grill 1 to 2 minutes per side.

Spread mayonnaise and mustard on buns.

Place patties, bacon, onion, lettuce and tomato slices on bottom bun and top with other bun.
