3 medium carrots, shredded
1 cup(s) roma tomato, chopped
1/4 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, diced
1 red onion, diced
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 lime, juiced
1 Tsp Splenda Granular Sweetner

Instructions

Combine cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapenos and onion in a large salad bowl.

Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
