Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 Lb fresh ground chicken breast
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tsp ground cinnamon
30 Oz H-E-B Pinto Beans with Jalapenos and Bacon, drained and rinsed
14 1/2 Oz H-E-B Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
2 1/2 cup(s) Central Market Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1/8 Tsp kosher salt
1/8 Tsp black pepper

Instructions

In a medium stockpot, cook ground chicken over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until no longer pink.

Add chili powder and cinnamon while cooking and break into crumbles.

Stir in beans, tomatoes and chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Add salt and pepper, reduce heat to medium, and simmer until desired consistency, about 10 minutes.
