1 Tbsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Chile Lime Finishing Butter Spread
12 Oz Texas blend fajita vegetables
1 Lb H‑E‑B Smokehouse Naturally Hardwood Smoked Beef Brisket
4 bolillos
1/2 cup(s) Culinary Cowgirls Queso Blanco Dip, heated according to package directions

Melt finishing butter in a medium pan. Add sliced fajitas vegetables and cook 3 minutes or until slightly softened.
Add slices of beef brisket and cook until heated through and vegetables start to slightly brown.
While brisket heats, warm bolillos in oven or microwave.
Slice bolillos and fill with fajita vegetables and brisket mixture and garnish with queso dip.
