Heat grill or skillet to medium-high.
Add ground beef to a bowl, then guacamole, keeping as much texture of guacamole as possible.
Divide meat into 4 equal parts and gently form 1 inch thick patties. Cook burgers about 4 to 5 minutes on each side for medium.
Place each hamburger on a toasted muffin and drizzle with ranch dressing and salsa. Serve with additional guacamole if desired.
Chef's Note: The avocado mixed into meat makes these burgers incredibly moist. Any flavor of guacamole can be used, but Cotija cheese in this guacamole gives these burgers great flavor!
