Tex-Mex Cheeseburger with Jalapeno Refried Beans

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 1/4 Lb lean ground beef
3 Tbsp white onion, chopped
1 Tsp garlic powder
1/8 Tsp salt
3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
4 H-E-B Bake Shop Hamburger Buns
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Refried Pinto Beans with Jalapeno
1 cup(s) H-E-B Baby Spinach
1 tomato, sliced

Preheat grill over medium-high heat.
Combine ground beef, onions, garlic powder, salt and chipotle peppers, then shape into 4 patties.
Grill patties 5 minutes per side.
Toast buns, then spread beans on bottom of each bun.
Place burger on beans, then layer with spinach, tomato and bun top.
