4 H-E-B Jalapeño Bacon
1 cup(s) Texas on the Plate Soppin Sauce
1/2 cup(s) Better Than Good Bacon Jam
1/2 cup(s) water
1 cup(s) Klir Red
1 cup(s) Bloody Revolution Texan Bloody Mary Mix
4 celery, washed and ends trimmed

Instructions

Place 4 slices of bacon in a large skillet over medium heat and cook until desired crispness. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a medium bowl combine soppin' sauce, bacon jam, and water. Whisk to combine then pour into ice cube trays until 3/4 full. Cover and freeze until solid.

Combine equal parts vodka and Bloody Mary mix and stir to combine.

To assemble, place 1 soppin' sauce ice cube in a glass. Top with regular ice cubes to fill. Pour vodka mixture into glass. Garnish with 1 strip of bacon and a celery stick. Use celery stick to stir and dissolve ice cube into drink.
