Recipe makes 6 Servings

12 large eggs
1/2 cup(s) whole milk
1/8 Tsp iodized salt
1/8 Tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
6 Hill Country Fare Sliced Bacon strips, crisp cooked, crumbled
1 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese, divided use
8 Oz sour cream

Coat large oven-safe casserole with vegetable spray.
Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
Melt butter in large skillet, scramble eggs until cooked to medium consistency.
Stir bacon, half of the cheese and sour cream into scrambled eggs.
Transfer egg mixture into prepared dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Microwave on 50 percent power until heated through and cheese melts.
