Recipe makes 12 Servings

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 Lb Mi Tienda Bistec Norteño
15 1/2 Oz refried beans, heated through
12 flour tortillas
8 Oz queso Oaxaca, shredded
2 large avocados, sliced

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high.
Add beef, and cook for 10 to15 minutes breaking apart as meat cooks. Continue to cook until meat is well browned and crisped.
Once meat is cooked remove from heat.
Heat a second skillet over medium.
Spread a layer of refried beans on the tortillas and add cheese. Place tortilla in pre-heated skillet and top with cooked meat and avocado.
Fold the tortilla in half and cook on both sides until cheese is melted.
Serve with your favorite hot sauce.
