Taco Tuesday Fish Tacos

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 tilapia filets, gently rinsed and patted dry
2 Tsp H-E-B Sunflower Oil with Garlic & Herb Flavors
1 Tsp fajita seasoning
8 H-E-B Mixla Tortillas
1 cup(s) H-E-B Power Slaw
1 cup(s) H-E-B Pico de Gallo
1 large avocado, sliced
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B That Green Sauce

Preheat grill to medium.
Rub fish gently with oil and seasoning. Grill 3 to 4 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove from grill and set aside.
While grill is still warm, gently toast tortillas on each side, 1 to 2 minutes.
To assemble tacos break fish into smaller pieces and load into tortillas.
Top with power slaw, pico de gallo, avocado and a drizzle of green sauce. Serve immediately.
