Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tbsp canola oil
16 Oz lean ground turkey
2 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1/2 iceberg lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
1 cup(s) fat free shredded cheddar
1 1/2 cup(s) tomato, chopped
4 H-E-B Baked Tostadas

Instructions

Heat a heavy bottom skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.

Add canola oil and ground turkey and stir-fry until meat is browned.

Add chili powder and 1/2 cup water and bring to boil.

Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Combine lettuce, cilantro, tomatoes and turkey in salad bowl; toss gently to mix.

Top each taco salad with 1/4 cup shredded cheese and one baked tostada.
