16 Oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup(s) pineapple chunks, drained and slightly chopped
1/3 cup(s) canned mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup(s) dried cranberries
1/3 cup(s) shredded sweetened coconut
2/3 cup(s) cookie piece pecans
30 H-E-B Delicatessen Original Crackers
20 H-E-B Pretzel Twists
20 half pecan pieces
20 H-E-B Delicatessen Wheat Crisps
20 H-E-B Delicatessen Original Bite Size Crackers

Place cream cheese, pineapple, mandarins and cranberries in a large bowl. Mix together with your hands until incorporated but not completely mixed.
Form into the body of the turkey, slightly elongated and larger on the back half of the turkey; set aside.
In a medium bowl combine shredded coconut and cookie piece pecans; mix to combine.
Coat cheese ball evenly with coconut and pecan mixture. Press onto the cheese ball if needed to ensure it's coated well.
Referring to image, press original crackers, pretzels, and pecans into 'body' of turkey.
To make face of turkey, break off a pretzel into a straight piece and place a pecan half on the end. It's easier to either hollow a whole inside pecan piece or attach using cream cheese or icing.
If desired place a pretzel or two candy eyes and a candy corn nose on turkey a a face.
Serve with additional crackers as needed.
