Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 Lb bacon, chopped
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Lb Brussels sprouts, chopped
12 Oz H-E-B Shredded Cabbage
9 1/2 Oz Vela Farms Texas Sweet Tea Jelly
2 Tbsp Adam's Reserve Spicy House All Purpose Rub

Instructions

In a 12 inch sauté pan over medium heat fry bacon until done.

Add butter and stir until melted.

Add chopped Brussels sprouts. Sauté 2 minutes.

Add shredded cabbage. Sauté 2 more minutes.

Add tea jelly and stir until it is melted.

Sprinkle rub over cabbage and turn off heat.

Chef's Note: This is a great side dish during the summer and has a great sweet and spicy kick.
