1 1/2 cup(s) lager beer
1/4 cup(s) shallots, minced
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Organics Apple Cider Vinegar Unpasteurized
1/4 cup(s) brown sugar, packed
1 cup(s) whole grain mustard
1 cloves of garlic, crushed

Instructions

Place beer, shallots, apple cider vinegar and brown sugar into a pot set over medium-high heat.

Bring to a simmer and cook until liquid is reduced by at least half and starts to thicken. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely before proceeding.

In a blender, add reduced beer mixture, mustard, and garlic. Puree until thick.

Season mustard to taste as needed. Refrigerate for later use.
