Recipe makes 2 Servings

2 Tbsp salted buter
7 .0500 Oz package VegiRice Sweet Potato Rice
1/2 Tsp dried sage
1 Tbsp heavy cream
1/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp black pepper, freshly ground

In a small pan melt butter and cook until it turns frothy and light brown.
Add sweet potato rice, sage, cream, salt and pepper. Mash lightly with a potato masher.
Serve alongside grilled chicken or pork.
