1 Lb sweet potatoes
2 1/2 cup(s) whole wheat all purpose baking mix
2 Tsp baking powder
1/2 cup(s) green onions, chopped
1/2 Tsp Central Market Organics Ground Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Tsp Central Market Organics Ground Korintje Cinnamon
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup(s) brown sugar
1/4 cup(s) Low Fat Cultured 1% Milkfat Buttermilk

Heat oven to 425°F.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper, set aside.
Microwave sweet potatoes on high power 5 minutes or until soft. Peel. Mash with fork (makes about 2 cups). You can also use canned sweet potatoes.
Combine cooked potatoes, baking mix, baking powder, green onions, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon in food processor bowl. Process 10 seconds. Add olive oil, brown sugar and buttermilk. Process 5 seconds.
Place dough on floured surface, roll out to 1/2-inch thickness. Use 2-inch biscuit cutter or favorite holiday 2-inch cutter.
Place biscuits on prepared baking sheets. Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown.
