Sweet Chili-Rubbed Natural Angus Steaks

1 Tbsp Central Market Organics Cane Sugar
1 Tbsp McCormick Gourmet Chili Powder
2 Tsp black pepper
2 Tsp Central Market Organics Minced Garlic
1 Tsp iodized salt
4 boneless rib eye steak

To make rub, combine sugar, chili powder, black pepper, minced garlic, and salt in a small bowl.
Sprinkle rub evenly over both sides of steaks; press to adhere.
Chill steaks 10-30 minutes in refrigerator.
Heat charcoal for 30 minutes, until covered with a light layer of gray ash, or heat gas grill on high for 10 minutes with lid closed.
Grill steaks over medium heat (375°F grill surface temperature) 3 1/2-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature of steaks reaches 140°F for medium-rare doneness.
Let steaks rest 2 minutes, then serve.
