Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Corn Starch
2 Tbsp canola oil
1/4 cup(s) Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1/4 cup(s) Ka-Me Chinese Rice Wine
1/4 cup(s) Nakano Rice Vinegar
12 Oz H-E-B Stir-Fry Vegetables, heated

Instructions

Coat chicken pieces in cornstarch; shake off excess. Set aside 10 minutes.

Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken, cook on medium-high for 5 minutes.

In a small mixing bowl, combine glaze ingredients; brown sugar, rice wine, rice vinegar and add to same skillet.

Stir fry 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
