1/3 cup(s) organic apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Honey
2 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil
2 Tsp lemon, juiced
1/2 Tsp iodized salt
1/2 Tsp black pepper, freshly ground
1 red bell pepper
1/2 small red onion
16 Oz green cabbage, shredded
2 cup(s) Dole Shredded Carrots
1/2 cup(s) golden raisins

For dressing, whisk vinegar, honey, vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper together in a medium bowl.
Cut bell pepper and onion into bite-sized 1/4-inch thick strips.
Toss bell pepper, onion, cabbage, carrots and raisins in dressing. Cover and chill 30 minutes before serving, if time permits.
