Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 Lb flank steak, (can also use skirt steak)
3 Tbsp cornstarch
3/4 cup(s) low salt soy sauce
1/2 cup(s) beef bone broth
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup(s) green onions, finely diced
5 Oz matchstick carrots
3/4 cup(s) brown sugar
1 Tbsp fresh garlic, finely crushed
2 Tsp ground ginger
1/3 cup(s) cilantro, chopped

Slice beef into thin strips across the grain; coat with cornstarch.
Add soy sauce, beef broth, sesame oil, green onions, carrots, brown sugar, garlic and ginger to Instant Pot. Stir to combine then add meat.
Place lid on pot and lock in place, turn to "manual" setting and set timer to 10 minutes. Allow to pressurize, this process can take 10 to 15 minutes. Pot will then start 10 minute cook time.
When cooking is complete, vent manually according to manufacturer's instructions. Stir in fresh cilantro and serve over steamed jasmine rice, if desired.
Chef's Tip: This is a perfect recipe for meal planning if you want to cook once and eat all week. This also makes a great addition to salads or wraps.
