Recipe makes 5 Servings

1 Lb large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Tsp cumin, ground
1 Tsp chili powder
1 Tsp sugar
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
2 Tbsp olive oil
16 Oz H-E-B Select Edamame
1 cup(s) sweet corn, frozen
1/2 small yellow onion, chopped
1 small green bell peppers, chopped

Combine shrimp, cumin, chili powder, sugar and garlic in a bowl, then set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat, then add edamame, corn, onion and bell pepper; sauté until thawed and onion begin to brown, then transfer to a bowl.
Wipe skillet clean, and spray with non-stick spray; add shrimp, and cook 3 minutes, turning once; add to sautéed vegetables, and toss to combine.
