Ingredients

Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp wildflower honey
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup(s) water
1/2 cup(s) dried cranberries
1 Lb kale
1/2 cup(s) shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup(s) sun dried tomato strips
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Natural Whole Almonds, chopped
8 red radishes, thin sliced

Instructions

Combine vinegars, honey and olive oil in a small container. Cover, shake well and set aside at room temperature.

Rinse greens twice, drain, remove stems and stack. Slice greens into 1/4-inch strips.

Combine with cranberries, thin sliced radishes, shredded cheese and sun dried tomatoes in a large salad bowl.

Cover and chill 15 minutes or until ready to serve.

Before serving, toss with mixed vinaigrette and top with chopped almonds.
