Stuffed & Grilled Jalapeños

6 large jalapeno pepper
1 cup(s) queso fresco, crumbled
1/3 cup(s) red onion, chopped
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp H-E-B Fat Free Sour Cream
6 Oz H-E-B Chunk Tuna, drained & flaked

Cut off the stems and slice jalapeños peppers in half.
Remove jalapeño seeds and set aside on a foil lined baking sheet.
Combine cheese, red onion, cilantro, sour cream and tuna in a bowl; stir to combine.
Stuff jalapeño pepper halves with 1-2 tablespoons tuna-cheese mixture, cover with plastic wrap and keep refrigerated until ready to grill.
Heat gas or charcoal grill to 350°F.
Place stuffed jalapeño halves on a vegetable grilling mesh and grill with the lid closed for 5 minutes or until cheese melts and pepper soften.
Arrange grilled peppers on a platter and serve.
