2 medium sweet potatoes
3/4 Lb Extra Lean Ground Beef 96% Lean
1 3/4 cup(s) Cookwell & Company Two Step Chili
1/2 cup(s) green onions, chopped
1/3 cup(s) Fancy Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Wash sweet potatoes and poke holes in them with a fork.

Bake until tender, approximately 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, brown beef in a large nonstick skillet.

Add chili mix, bring to a simmer and reduce heat. Cook on low while potatoes bake.

Remove potatoes from oven and cut in half lengthwise and use a fork to, gently mash the flesh of the potato inside the shell.

Spoon a generous amount of chili over each potato and top with green onions and cheese.
