32 Oz fresh strawberries
10 Oz H-E-B Baby Spinach
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Natural Sliced Almonds
1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
4 Tbsp white wine vinegar
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Cut and discard stems from strawberries.
Wash strawberries and pat dry. Cut lengthwise into thin slices (from stem ends to tips).
Toss spinach and strawberries together in a large bowl.
For dressing, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, sugar and seeds in a small bowl; drizzle over salad and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with almonds and season salad to taste. Serve immediately.
