24 Oz H-E-B Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
2 cup(s) fresh strawberries
1/4 cup(s) Hill Country Fare 0 Calorie Sweetener
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Natural Sliced Almonds
1 hot house cucumbers, thin sliced

Instructions

Combine cream cheese, strawberries and sweetener in a food processor bowl and process to a smooth texture for 30 seconds or to desired texture.

Chill for 1 hour before before rolling the cream cheese.

Place cream cheese spread on a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball.

Press sliced almonds around the ball and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Place on a serving platter and spoon 1 teaspoon on each cucumber slice.
