Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 pound cake
4 eggs
1 cup(s) brown sugar
1 cup(s) unsalted butter
1 Lb banana
1/2 Lb strawberries
1/2 cup(s) sugar
2 cup(s) heavy whipping cream

Slice pound cake into 24 equal slices.
Break eggs into mixing bowl and whip until mixed well.
Take slices of pound cake and dip into beaten eggs and then coat with brown sugar.
On medium heat in non-stick skillet, melt butter.
When butter is simmering, lay coated slices of pound cake and fry 3 minutes on each side. Remove to pan covered with parchment and allow to cool.
Slice bananas and strawberries into thin slices and set aside.
Add sugar to heavy whipping cream and whip until fluffy with a stiff consistency.
Put the pound cake on your plate, top with fruit and add whipped cream. Continue to add layers 3 cake slices high until all ingredients are used.
